By ordering from FastReg Plates, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
Order accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct registration number and plate details. Please double-check your spelling, spacing and badge choices before confirming your order.
Road-legal standards
Road-legal plates are manufactured to applicable UK requirements, including BS AU 145e. We reserve the right to refuse production of any plate that does not meet legal standards.
Identity and entitlement checks
We may require proof of identity and entitlement before producing number plates. This is a legal requirement for all DVLA registered number plate suppliers.
Cancellations and refunds
Number plates are made to your specification. Once production has started, orders normally cannot be cancelled or refunded because you have changed your mind.
Faulty or damaged plates
If we make an error, or your plate arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier once your order has been dispatched.
Consumer rights
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by these terms.
